Replacement Fascia’s
We can fully replace your old timber and fit our superb range of modern UPVC Fascia’s
If your Fascia boards are in need of a fresh coat of paint or have started to rot, it’s the perfect time to upgrade to our UPVC Fascia boards. To access your roofline, we first set up lightweight access equipment. Next, we carefully remove or slide up the last row of tiles to reach the back of the fascia board. We then align the rafter feet with new treated timber for added stability and alignment. Your new UPVC Fascia boards are installed using high-quality, marine-grade stainless steel fixings. Once installed, UPVC Fascia’s won’t fade or discolour, making them an excellent, long-lasting choice for your roofline.
Rafter Alignment
When we remove your old Fascias, it's likely that some of the rafter ends will have deteriorated, and the rafters themselves are often misaligned. To ensure perfect alignment for your new Fascias, we use a string line to install new 4x1 timbers on each rafter end, ensuring a clean, straight finish every time.
Access equipment
We can save you money by using our own access equipment. We have invested in lightweight innovative access equipment which can save money on hiring scaffolding. If scaffolding is needed we can source this at a lower cost due to our contacts in the industry
Fascia Colours
Fascia boards are available in all standard colours as shown above. If you prefer a custom colour, we can match them to any RAL colour of your choice. Popular choices for UPVC Fascia’s are White, Rosewood, Anthracite and Black Ash Woodgrain.
Fascia Profiles
Fascia’s come in two popular profiles, Replacement ‘Square Edge’ Fascia and Replacement ‘Ogee’ Fascia
The profile on the face of the Fascia is different. The Ogee Fascia’s are designed for a more traditional look. The same aesthetic is seen on both modern and traditional skirting boards. Square Edge Fascia boards are simply that, square, the face edge is square with no detail. The ‘Square Edge’ board. due to its popularity, has the largest range of colours and accessories available and these are therefore are the most cost effective.

We take enormous pride in our work and can usually save you money by using our own access equipment. If extra scaffolding is needed, we can provide it at a reduced rate. Our neat finish includes one-piece 'box end' sections and custom trims, avoiding mastic that can discolour. We also handle all the clean-up and recycling, leaving your property spotless.

Once the work is complete and the dust is settled we register your guarantee directly with the insurer. This means that the product guarantee and the workmanship guarantee is fully covered should we ever to cease to trade. All of our work comes with a guarantee for the products, labour and workmanship.

The process begins with ordering the correctly sized Fascia Boards, ensuring they are ready for installation. Next, we carefully remove the last row of tiles to gain access to the fascia board and the nails securing it. We then install treated 4x1 timber along the sides of the rafter ends for proper alignment. Any damaged or rotted rafter ends will be cut out and replaced with new timber. A wood preserver is applied to affected areas for added protection. Finally, we install your new UPVC Fascia Boards using stainless steel marine-grade Polypins. After installation, the protective layer is removed, and the Polypins are secured in place.

All waste materials are carefully collected and loaded into our vans for transport to a local trade waste recycling facility. We avoid using skips at homes to prevent any potential damage to driveways, especially during loading and unloading. As licensed waste carriers, we ensure that all waste is properly sorted at the facility. We are proud to report that over 90% of the waste from each job is recycled and repurposed for further use..

Our range of UPVC Fascias is proudly manufactured in the UK. Replacing your Fascia’s is a more expensive option than simply covering them with UPVC, but it’s the best long-term solution. The process involves labour costs for removal, and the new boards are twice as thick, making them almost double the price. Additionally, there’s the cost of waste disposal to consider. We also take extra care to ensure your rafter feet are properly aligned using a string line and installing new timbers to the rafter feet.. All of these factors contribute to the higher cost.
However, replacing the fascias offers long-term benefits that covering them doesn’t. Over-cladding may initially save money, but eventually, the timber behind the cladding will deteriorate, leaving you with no choice but to replace them anyway. By replacing the fascias now, you’re investing in a solution that will last the lifetime of your roof, ultimately saving you money in the long run.

UPVC Replacement Fascia Boards come in 4 different thicknesses 16mm, 18mm, 22mm and 25mm
For most applications a 16mm UPVC Fascia is adequate. In some circumstances, depending on the structure of the roof a thicker UPVC Fascia Board is required. Examples of this can be situations where the end Fascia Board is ‘load bearing’. It is also recommended in certain circumstances to fit a backing board with timber prior to attaching a new Fascia Board. This is often the case where rafters are not spaced adequately to support the new UPVC Fascia Board. Most modern houses however only require a 16mm Fascia board which is perfectly adequate for most properties. If your property requires a thicker fascia board we can advise you of this upon this upon survey. There is very little price difference between them.
