Ventilation
What does it do
Ventilating your roof space helps reduce condensation and damp. Over Fascia Ventilation is one way to achieve this, featuring a small grill fitted to the upper edge of the fascia board. It comes in two sizes: a 10mm air gap for most cases, and a 25mm air gap for increased ventilation.
Why add Ventilation
It's important to ensure proper ventilation when changing your roofline. Over Fascia Ventilation offers two advantages: it's hidden from view and often performs better than visible soffit vents, which can become dirty and dusty over time. Over Fascia Ventilation meets and can exceed the latest building regulations.
Ventilation Sizes
Over Fascia Ventilation strips are supplied in convenient 1m lengths with predrilled holes. The standard 10mm vent option has a height of 20mm, while the 25mm vent option has a height of 25mm. Aside from their size (height), both units are almost identical in appearance.
