Soffit Types and Lighting
We offer Flat, Vented, and Tongue and Groove Soffits. To maintain a clean look and ensure proper ventilation, we recommend over fascia ventilation to avoid the need for Vented Soffits. LED lights can also be added if desired..
Gutter Types and Colours
We offer all Gutter Types: Half Round, Squareline, Deep Flow, Extra Flow, and Ogee in colours like White, Brown, Black, Anthracite Grey, Light Grey, and Cast Iron Effect. Downpipes come in round or square to match your guttering.
Added Protection Included as Standard
We include Gutter Guards, Bird Guards, Eaves Protection, and Over Fascia Ventilation as a standard no cost option with every installation (depending on roof type). Gutter Guards prevent blockages, Bird Guards deter nesting birds and squirrels, Eaves Protection supports felt and channels rainwater, and Over Fascia Ventilation reduces damp, condensation and ensures compliance with building regulations...
Mock Tudor & Decorative
We fit standard UPVC Fascia’s as well as composite Mock Tudor boards in colours like Rosewood, Black Ash, Light Oak, Anthracite Grey, White, and White Foiled. We also offer Decorative Fascia’s in convex and concave styles, with optional ball finials, bracing bars, and dentil mouldings. We can also provide bespoke boards to match or replicate any design..
UPVC Cladding & Embossed Cladding
We remove old cladding, replace battens, and add a breathable membrane with proper ventilation. Our new cladding options include UPVC, Hardie Plank, and embossed coloured composites in various colours to suit your property.

Our Fitting
We take enormous pride in our work and can usually save you money by using our own access equipment. If extra scaffolding is needed, we can provide it at a reduced rate. We remove your old wooden fascias, soffits and guttering and we install new treated timber to align your rafter feet. Our neat finish includes one-piece 'box end' sections and custom trims, avoiding mastic that can discolour. We also handle all the clean-up and recycling, leaving your property spotless!

We will give you a detailed written quote for you to consider and come back to us when you are ready.. We can send this by email together with a digital brochure or a printed copy at your property whichever you prefer.

Once you have decided to go ahead we will arrange with you a mutually convenient installation date for the work to be carried out.

We will arrive on the agreed day and at the agreed time. We will carry out the work to our exacting standards making sure you are totally delighted with each aspect of the work. Your property will be left clean and tidy and all access equipment is removed each day.

Once the work is completed we will provide you with the necessary paper work to include your receipt and guarantee

We will register your insurance backed guarantee directly with the insurer for you. You will receive a link and they will send your insurance certificate to you directly. This cover has zero excess to pay and will rectify any issues with the work for the full ten years should we as a company cease to trade. This policy is transferable to the new owner if you sell your home as a valuable benefit in the sellers pack.

Once the work is complete and the dust has settled .. We schedule a time in 12 months to revisit your property and check over the installation.
